2023 International Scientific and Practical Conference "Information Technologies and Intelligent Decision Making Systems" (Virtual Conference)

ITIDMS is sponsored by Russian New University, Moscow, Russian Federation and Qingdao University, Qingdao, China etc. It is to provide an overview of the global experience in information, digital, and intellectual development. It is intended to serve as a framework for developing proposals for information and digital transformation, computer model development, information technology, automated processes, and computational processes. In particular, It requests full articles and abstracts from researchers that present cutting-edge developments in the application of information and intelligence techniques to practical, innovative, and applicable challenges.
Participants are encouraged to include educators, young scientists, scientists from different research and educational institutes, and representatives from government organizations. Prominent scientists from China, the Russian Federation, and other regions and nations will present at the plenary session on the information development in the field.

==Submission==
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length papers (12-15 pages for technical content, including figures and possible references) or abstracts (for oral presentations without publication) via the Hcconf management system. Accepted papers and abstracts will be scheduled in lecture and poster sessions. All submissions will be sent to at least two reviewers for reviewing, and it will take about 15 working days.

==Publication==

Submissions will be reviewed by the conference technical committees based on originality, relevance to conference, structure and readability. Accepted and presented papers will be published in Springer CCIS Series _ Communications in Computer and Information Science eISSN 1865-0937, which will be submitted to SCOPUS, Ei Compendex (CPX), Google Scholar, ISI Proceedings, etc. for indexing.
